What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care of the jewelry. Normal wear and tear or aging of the material (e.g., color fading or scratches) is also excluded from this warranty.
Claiming the Warranty:
To claim the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at info@dumas-jewelry.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- If possible, provide photographic evidence of the defect.
- Await our confirmation and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Resolution Options:
Under this warranty, you have two options for resolving issues with defective products:
- Product Exchange:
You may exchange the defective product for a new item of the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you may select an alternative product of equivalent value.
- Refund: If you prefer, you may return the defective product for a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Dumas Jewelry will cover one-time return shipping costs for the exchange of defective products. Return shipping for refunds or non-warranty issues must be paid by the customer.
Limitations:
This warranty is limited to purchases made directly from Dumas Jewelry or authorized retailers. The warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser. Any repairs or modifications made by third parties will void this warranty.
